We tried Proper Good’s 90-second meal delivery service. Here’s what to expect.

Most trends come and go, but clean eating isn’t going anywhere. Not only has clean eating been linked in studies to lower risk of diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes, but eating a diet rich in veggies and fruits provides more nutrients and antioxidants which can help give us energy, lower inflammation, improve our immunity, and overall wellness.

For example, smoothies make a great breakfast, but you can also use them for a healthy snack on the go or even a low-calorie dinner. We tried only eating Proper Good for our main meals in the day and were still left feeling hungry in between meals even with snacking. The choice is yours.

How does a Proper Good Food work?

With Proper Good you can have 21 clean soups, broths and oatmeal delivered right to your door. You can order a la carte or pick a plan.

How do you store and heat Proper Good?

Proper Good meals arrive at your door without any ice, which means they don’t need to be refrigerated right away and don’t come overloaded with extra packaging. This makes them ideal for work lunches or meals on-the-go. Heat them when you’re ready, either in the microwave or on a stovetop. You can heat the pouches directly but we found them to be too hot when it came time to remove from the microwave. We recommend pouring into a microwave-safe bowl and then heating.

Who would Proper Good benefit most?

Proper Good is the perfect solution for anyone looking for a convenient way to eat more clean meals, without dealing with meal prep, shopping, or planning. Not only are the meals made with clean healthy ingredients that are low in sugar, but eliminating the cleanup of cooking daily alone can make it totally worthwhile.
