Enveloped in the timeless glamour of Beverly Hills while presenting European comfort and a delicate touch of exquisite design and amenities, guests will learn a brief history of the Bellini, created by the Cipriani Family, as they enjoy brunch menu items in a pink colored environment to match the hue of the Bellini.

Expect homemade waffles with maple syrup, fresh fruit and Bellini whipped cream; Traditional Venetian Frittata Primavera, Asiago Cheese and Ham; and other delectable fare.
